Laptops Need serious help. Laptop bios bricked.

Last day my friend bricked his laptop MSI CX620 when he tried flashing the bios (ami bios). Dont know where is messed up. But the result is worse. Bios wont even post. Screen remain blank with no beeps. Is there anyway to reflash the bios. RMA is the last thing he want to do.

no need to try anything now--take the laptop to the service center--that's the best and the safest option.

I also messed up my lappy within a week when i brought it exactly as the same your friend did.
When the BIOS was updating i thought that it just got hung as it stopped responding and i restarted it and kaboom it stopped at the BIOS loading screen.
Called up DELL and they replaced my board

Almost all new BIOS have recovery option - check the laptop manual for details.
