RX470 plays everything pretty well at 1080p. I have one in my bedroom rig.

However that Sapphire is noisy and hot. I suggest you get one with a third party cooler. I use a Gigabyte which is very quiet but runs at 79 C. You can change the temperature target at the cost of noise though.

I have the same LG monitor and freesync works pretty well.

Thanks @Chaos.

Well, the RX 470s with third party coolers from other brands are priced around 18.5 approx. (see links below)

So now my question, is it not worth to add 3k and go for Sapphire RX 480 8GB at 21.5k approx?

Also, any thoughts on additional query 1 regarding to opt for core i3 instead of core i5 as I will be gaming casually.

If you can get the 480 8g, get it over the 470. 3k is worth it. When I bought the 470, the 480 was 27k so wasn't really worth it.

As for i3 vs i5, get the i5. Four physical cores are way faster than 2 cores with HT.

TBH my budget for graphics card is max 15-16k for this build. So then what alternatives do I have in that budget considering I'll be using freesync?

Spend the 17-18 on the 470 then and a bit more to get the cheapest i5. That would be the most balanced system.

BTW where will you get the Fractal Node 202 from? It is not sold in India. Only way to get it is via amazon US and pay hefty amounts of shipping and customs duty.

I think you can get better vfm by going for a cheaper itx case such as

https://www.primeabgb.com/online-pr...rstone-sugo-mini-itx-tower-cabinet-sst-sg13b/
Just make sure the psu/gpu/cpu cooler all fit the dimensions of the case or decide all other components then go for the case. Paying 12k for that case is a bit overpriced.

Edit : Check if you can fit this MicroATX case dimensions
