Need to buy something online, but don't have a credit card

I need to buy something online worth $300 (an international transaction), but only Credit Card/Paypal are accepted for the payment. I have a SBI Debit Card, and I tried to use Entropay to generate a VCC, but even that is not working.

What are my options?

I thought paypal allows you to create a/c and transact with a master card / visa debit card.

No.. It don't... Most Indian bank debit card don't work.. You need credit card for that..
