Nero 8.3.6.0 bundled comes up with AdTool.Win32.MyWebSearch.bm in Kaspersky

I tried this 2 times already & always keep getting this alert in Kaspersky stating that "riskware:not-a-virus:AdTool.Win32.MyWebSearch.bm"

What the hell is this? Does anyone have Nero 8 installed & has got such notification.I researched a bit on the internet & found that this is an adware which is not that big a threat.Can someone tell me if it's safe to install this? I have never encountered a single Adware in any Nero installation so far.Some help guys.
 
Nero trial setup includes the Ask.com toolbar which is being recognized as an adware. Just make sure you uncheck the option to install the toolbar and you will be safe.
