CPU/Mobo New motherboard for Intel i5 2500k

Hey guys,

I have a i5 2500k along with Asus p8z68v motherboard, the board is dying and is no longer in warranty. Does Asus repair out of warranty boards? What could be a decent replacement for this board?
 
Here is Rashi kolkata you can repair out of warranty Asus motherboard but don't get your hopes high on the repair job ;) Anyway, if possible buy a new motherboard like Intel DZ75ML-45K.
 
Thanks for the suggestion. I gave the board to digicare and they repaired it, i don't think rashi handles the service for Asus motherboards anymore.
