Ans: No Gaming. Browsing, watching movie, some MS Office work

Ans: At least 18inch

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I need to buy all except speakers

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within 2 weeks

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I will built it on my own.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Kolkata. I will buy locally.

@doom2010 I would suggest to get a laptop at that price point as building a desktop will be constrained greatly.

You may check offline prices for few models and make advantage of upcoming sales on e-com websites to make a sound decision. Getting machine with Intel N4200 should be a good bet for you.

I would suggest buying this in the upcoming diwali sale, you may be able to even purchase 2 ram sticks if you are lucky without breaking your budget.

P.S. I hadn't read your post completely and just assumed that you would not require other peripherals such as a mouse,keyboard,monitor,etc. Now, this is a dilemma indeed, I do not think its possible to build a complete desktop PC with all the aforementioned peripherals in your budget i.e 20-22 K, unless you are ready to buy some second hand items, which I would not recommend unless it comes at a mindblowing price, refurbished yes if it comes from reputed sellers such as Amazon, but second hand where electronics are concerned is a big no-no for me.

If you want an actual good desktop. Raise your budget a bit. To the above config Add a Ryzen 2200G, Remove 1tb HDD and add a 120gb SSD. Get the cheapest 1080p monitor you can find in your budget. 22inch goes to 6-7k during festive sales. You can search above components on paytm, amazon, flipkart for lowest prices post cashback and discounts. You might even save 1-2k on each. However it wont come at 22k unless you severely compromise on the cpu & Mobo (My recco is a 4 core processor with decent graphics, 200GE has just 2 cores. You lose 50% performance basically for saving 2-3k.
