Firstly, I am a noob in networking. Seeking your help in connecting to network as I am planning to connect all my devices to Gaming PC which will store all the media. I have already posted a thread regarding it.

I want to stream media on my phone/ share files between my PC and laptop/Phone/tablet. I shall go one by one
a. I want to stream media/ copy files from PC to my phone. I have been using ES File explorer. Phone recognises the network(PC) and connects to it.
b. I want to copy data from Laptop to PC and vice versa. I have already mapped the network drive too.
The problem now is it says account has no permissions. I have already turned off password protected file sharing and all the drives are shared to everyone on my PC and Laptop. But still I get eroor like this.
