The Witcher GOTY includes all DLC's right? I have the witcher game from GOG, is it worth getting this bundle from steam or wait for better dlc offers from GOG.

So it seems GOG has regional pricing for Brazil; any idea if they do same for India as well? I tried but for some reason my VPN taking me to an Australian IP instead of India.
