"ora-06413 connection not open" PlZ Help me

Hello Friends,

I have installed Oracle 10g Enterprise Edition on my laptop. Its working fine with Sql*plus and through browser. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate Edition 64Bit. When I was trying to connect oracle database through Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate edition, I got the following error.

"ora-06413 connection not open"

Please tell me how to solve this problem.
Also in my desktop everything is working fine. That means I can easily connect Oracle database through Visual Studio 2010 without any problem.

I am using following softwares for the Dekstop and Laptop..

--Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate Edition (Laptop and Desktop)

--Oracle 10g Enterprise Edition (Laptop and Desktop)

--Windows 7 Ultimate Edition 64bit (Laptop)

--Windows 7 Ultimate Edition 32bit (Desktop)

Did you check metalink for the issue ?

Anything related to missing TNSNames or host entry ??

I was trying to connect using oledb in server explorer..
When I put server name as ORCL and username as System and Password as 123456
Then it gives me this type of error

this is connection string issue ... click on advance button and check the full connection string ... compare it from here http://www.connectionstrings.com/oracle
