Well, remember than major courtroom victory for Google for its case against Oracle?
Even though patent cases were dismissed against Google, the jury upheld 2 minor copyright infringement charges against google which would have lead to maximum of $300,000 fine for google. It was not a big deal, but today the judge have thrown out that verdict as well.
Well in short, oracle gets nothing out of this. :bleh:
