Thanks for the reply,
I test drove both but could not go at any speed above 40 km/hr thanks to the city traffic. Infact my friend allowed me to ride as long as I wanted but nowhere could I go above that so I did not experience the vibration problem first hand. So in low speed I found both to be almost same.

Can you please be a bit brief about the rear suspension problem. That scares me big time.
I did find it a bit stiff but I did not know there was some defect. If so I ll stay far away from it, I do not want a back problem.
