Budget 31-40k PC build suggestions for gaming / ML

Hello. I am using some parts of my mining PC to build a PC for gaming and ML. Suggestions needed

  1. What is your budget?
    • 40K
  2. What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
    • Monitor: Acer KG241QP 23.6" 1 MS 144Hz Full HD Gaming Monitor FreeSync
    • GPU: MSI GTX 1070 Ti ARMOR OC 8GB
    • PSU: Corsair VS450
    • Keyboard: Logitech G413
    • Mouse: Logitech
  3. Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)
    • All above. Can change PSU if necessary
  4. Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
    • Compatible CPU + MOBO
    • RAM 8 GB or above
    • HDD (1TB or above) + SSD (256 GB or above)
    • Cabinet (dust free is possible) and cooling solutions (if needed)
  5. Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component
    • No upgrade for 5 years.
  6. Where will you buy this hardware? (Online/City/TE Dealer)
    • Mostly online
  7. Would you consider buying a second hand hardware from the TE market
    • Yes
  8. What is your intended use for this PC/hardware
    • Gaming @ 1080p
    • Coding ML algorithms using GPU
  9. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them and the reason for your preference/dislike.
    • Brands for which servicing and RMA is easy in India is preferred
  10. If you will be playing games then which type of games will you be playing?
    • Dota 2
    • Other AAA games with 100+ fps in medium to high settings
  11. What is your preferred monitor resolution for gaming and normal usage
    1. 1080p for gaming
    2. Higher resolution for normal usage
12. Are you looking to overclock?
  • Only for mining
13. Which operating system do you intend to use with this configuration?
  • Windows 10

This is what I sortlisted for my similar requirement, except GPU

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6GHz
Asrock B450 Pro4 AMD
Corsair Vegenance 8GB x 2
Corsair CX 550W
SSD - Crucial MX500 or Samsung Evo 860 240GB

All above items will come under 40k.

Note: HDD and Cabinet not included

Minimum recommended PSU for 1070Ti is 500w and you're gonna overclock. And you're talking about 2 GPUs. Probably you will have to look at 750w or more.
The second slot in the mid range board will run @ x4. If you want dula x8, you will have to go for higher end board
It's likely you would need more than 8GB for your use.

Thanks. Looks like I will stick to 1 GPU for now. . .
