Hi Welcome to forum !

I would suggest following;
Intel i3 4150 ~8000
Asus B85M G ~5600
Kingston HyperX Blue 4GB DDR3 1600MHz ~2750
Seasonic S12II 430 ~4000
Sandisk Extreme II 120GB SSD ~5300
Corsair Spec 01 Cabinet ~3600 or Corsair Carbide 200R ~4000

Total ~30,000

Is your existing hardware dead? because as I see it, your existing hardware is capable of performing the duties that you mentioned. At best you can think of changing the PSU to something like corsair and then adding a dedicated graphics card

i5-4690k

samsung 120gb 840 evo
cs 550 smps
cooler master force 500 cabinet
corsair vengenance 4gb 1600mhz
costed around 35800 from primeabgb lamington shop
after reaching there increased my budget.... now my pc can do more than browsing and watching video

Congratulations on purchase !

Two queries,

Which SMPS you got ? Can you please provide full model name ?

Did you get 4690k or 4690? Since 4690k with H97 motherboard defies purpose of it being 'K'.

i got corsair vs 550.... got 4690k it was 700 rs costlier than 4690 model(in primeabgb) .... z97 board was costing around 9500 from gigabyte or asus.... already had bad experience with msi mobo so didnt go for any other cheaper mobo... went for this config so that i can also use hackintosh

Right but for overclocking 4690k one needs Z97 motherboard or Asus based H97 mobo. With Gigabyte H97 mobo you can not overclock the processor. If you did not intend to overclock 4690k was not required. :what?:

okk. damn asus h97 was within budget. always thought asus and gigabyte are almost equal.. tonymacx86 influence go for gigabyte if you want to build hackintosh...i should have discussed first about this config... anyway i have to be content with my decision
vyral and techenclave community continue your good job... you people are doing great
