Budget 21-30k PC for home use (Internet & MS Office)

For some reason I can't get the template working, its giving an error message, so apologize for that, just wanted to confirm if the configuration attached is the best with a budget of around 25K and do all these components are compatible with each other, thank you for your time.

Isn't motherboard you selected support DDR 4?

if DDR4 RAM have advantage over DDR3 and your Board support same than you should go with DDR4
