Heard about such apps recently (helpchat advertisement on radio) and quite frankly first it felt like WTH!? Then felt pleased at the business model of this concept. Quite innovative.
Q: Anyone here used this before? Can they act as an "errand boy"?
Thing is... I recently got an Asus motherboard and within 3 months, the on-board display subsystem failed. Now the service center who is authorized for Asus motherboard repairs/RMA here in Bangalore is far. It's like wasting a better part of the day, physically visiting and hurting your brains dealing with the service center people.
So, can these PA service people take this motherboard from my home, take this to the center, visit as many times as needed, on my behalf? Share your thoughts if you've used such services before.
