Video Please share Reliance Big TV (DVR) experience!

Thinking of getting Reliance DTH - http://www.reliancedigitaltv.com/hd_dvr.html
The HD_DVR costs about 5k , but I can't find any proper reviews/videos for the same. This DVR like Tatasky's has 2 tv tuners so one can record and watch different channels at the same time.

If anyone has/had it, please share your reviews/impressions.

I am mainly concerned about
- stb stability (does it hang/crash)
- interface (dish tv has a slow unintuitive one IMO)
- support
etc.

Goodluck finding one,for one they dont have any stock of hd or hd-dvr set top box from the past 2 years or so.
Fyi, I have had their hd-dvr since 2011 which went kaput some 6 months back,they replaced it with a used hd-dvr from some one who had surrender their connection,(normaly they replace it with their normal SD set top box,since they have no stock of even HD ).

Their interface is not as fast as say airtel,you can't record two channels at the same time,you can watch one channel and record the another.Limited hd channels.
