Hello mates, this system will be purely for gaming so please suggest
and i am totally confused between i3 3220 and i5 3470. How much performance difference will i see if i pick i5?

If your purpose is gaming then there is no need to get i5 3540 focus more on gpu,The difference won't be much cause latest titles more gpu oriented.You'll be able to play games @Mid setting on 1080p reso,For your current panel you'd be good to play at high settings.

#Jakob Thanks, i will go with the 3220 and i think i can fit a 7850 in my budget but i heard that there are too many issues with them.
Can my cx400 handle a 7850?
 
Yes CX400 will be able to handle HD7850 also Ocing it will be ok but if you want to connect more than 3-4 HDD's i'd suggest changing psu to Seasonic S12ii 520W else CX400 would be fine.Sapphire HD7850 OC-16k will drag your budget over 30k but HD7850 will give you 15-20% improvement in FPS comparing with HD7770.

G.Skill Ripjaws X 4GBx2 - Rs.1540 each from flipkart.
Gigabyte B75M-D3H - Rs.4103 from PrimeABGB (waiting for this to arrive)
