Hey friends found this on flipkart today.

A plot of 4500 sq/ft for 19L and can be paid in EMI with 0% interest rate.

Just wanted to know if it is a good option for investment and withing 6 years i will have a plot of 4500sq/ft.

Booking starts at 20k only and is refundable if request cancelled within 20 days.

before investing check whether they have proper layout approval as well as diversion and all sorts of clearance,

don't fall into pit of buying agricultural/ farm land, since you won't be able to use it for any other activities,
