Details : Anonymous Revenge

Reportedly Anonymous has successfully completed a Ddos Attack on websites that belongs to the people or Organisations that were behind the Megaupload case. To pull of something like this it needs numbers rather than skills. Traditionally these attacks needed a software called Low Orbit Ion Canon (LOIC) . The Disadvantage with LIOC is that the IP can be tracked . Anonymous came up with a new plan . They designed webpages that contained Javascript that can repeatedly send requests to the desired website until the site is down. They distributed these links through Twitter, facebook & other means . Thus getting people to join by a click of a link.
