Powered USB Hub

I have been looking around for a Powered USB Hub.

Can't figure out which one to buy. The main use of this hub will be as follows.

1. Connect Raspberry Pi to Power it.
2. Connect Raspberry Pi Back to it to make it USB Hub (Yeah Raspberry pi Micro USB does not have data connections.)
3. Connect a External HDD to it and run it as a basic NAS. (Pie can't provide sufficient power to HDD presently)
4. Charge phones off it.

This will free up & replace at least 3-4 USB Chargers which I am presently using.

I found something [Link] which comes comes close to my requirements but too expensive, Any alternatives? Budget is around 1-2K.

I have this. Got it from USA via a colleague almost 1.5yrs back. These guys have tested it with RPi extensively. Some powered hubs have some back power issue which can damage the RPi (don't remember the exact issue). This one does not have that problem. This hub has been recommended for the RPi in many places. I think this is listed in eLinux also which lists the supported accessories for the RPi

buy the aukey, its brilliant!
else get an even more expensive anker :)
Thanks fro the answer. Just exploring more options right now.
