Asrock 970 Extreme 4
Seasonic 600watts 80 bronze
Vengeance 8GB ram
Gpu HD7750
Hyper 212 EVO

He was off town for 15days and when he returned his system wasn't booting/no display.

Steps:
Bios reset, battery swap, ram clean, tested ram on another pc works fine, psu swapped same issue, finally got hold of new mobo+ Gigabyte 970A DS3P rev 2.0 same issue no beeps no keyboard num lock activity.

Tried without rams too still no beeps.

So he feels the proccy is dead while I think only thing remaining is gpu but he stays on gpu been good as when gpu dies at least thr keyboard num lock key or mobo should give beeps.

did you tested booting without gpu in not so try it see if the display is coming or not if the display is coming so gpu have an issue if it still occurs
try these steps.
1) take out the processor and clean it with WD Spray and then ipcleaner this will removed some carbon if it is setting try and see if he is having a issue with his electric system if using a syp guard so test is by using all the pins by inserting laptop charger or mobile and check or some spark .
2) there might be a earthing issue so be aware of it and too look for it .
