my budget = 25-28K

I am looking to build a computer after some time. I have a few components from an old build that I haven't used in over an year and will be using these in the new build.

What i have --
Cabinet -- CM690
PSU -- CM 600 & corsair VX450
HDD -- (WD 640gig+ 640gig + 500gig)
GPU -- Ati 4850
keyboard, mouse (logitec wireless)
monitor -- Dell 22 inch

what I am looking for --
Processor, Motherboard, RAM

purpose of the computer --
general use + video editing

I know my Graphics card is old but i don't have the budget to upgrade it right now. I just need as much processing power as i can get.
I am not going to be doing any overclocking at all and don't want to spend more just to have the ability in future.
It will be great if the hardware is also hackintoshable but if it isn't it won't be a deal breaker.
also onboard wifi in mobo will be a great plus.

ASUS P8H77-M PRO ~10000/-
G.Skill RIPJAWS 4GB x2 1600MHz~3500/-

The above is not over-clock capable if you want that feature as well go for these components --

Intel Core i7 2600k ~17500/-
ASUS P8Z77-V ~16500/- [has onboard Wi-Fi capability]
[rest configuration same-same]

Please note that you may need to upgrade your SMPS if you want to add more hard-drives than you already have.
If you want to buy an Ivy-Bridge over-clock capable RIG, you will need to find the Core i5 3570k as far as I know this processor is only available in Bangalore.
