Queries on internet connection/ISP's in Mumbai

Question:
Which internet provider should I choose? (Mumbai)

Current Plan:
I am currently using MTNL Broadband Connection,
which costs more than regular. as its old plan and not updated constantly.
Now, MTNL is closing all old plans, I am confused with their new plans.

I want to know which plan will be better if I choose MTNL.
Also other than MTNL, other internet providers in Mumbai city?

What I think -
₹500-₹1000
Truely unlimited plan, No fup please.
Speed 8 mbps or above..

Can anyone suggest?
Value for money ISP internet service provider??

Shared speed mentioned on their site. what it means?
Same IP address or same connection will be shared by more than one customer..?

Get joister or hathway. Hathway will cost you 2.6k quartely plan with 600gb @50mbps. Inquire in your locality about its service before going. In my old area it was pain with hathway.
I have good experience with joister as well. But always stay away from that pathetic tikona. Better use 2g but not their net.

Joister packs looks good.

I have one doubt..
Why these speeds are too low.
Even with 50, 100 200 mbps connections.
And now Gbps connection available in some few area..

Below list suggest 3 Mbps speed..
