Windows Remote NDIS driver fails to install : windows 7

I have been trying to tetther my Moto G3 to my desktop computer. It shows up in Device manager as a Remote NDIS device but has a error 10: the device cannot start. The network adapter shows up as disabled, enabling it does not help. I tried uninstalling the RNDIS driver, and again installing it. The installation fails and again the device appears as RNDIS device but with error 10. I have also tried installing motorola suite for managing motorola phones, but that also did not help.

How do i install them?

The phone tethers fine with the same computer running ubuntu 14.04

yup. Moved on to windows 10 for solving this issue. There was issue in windows 10 also. Now installed RNDIS usb 6 driver and its better

it should also work on other os , code 10 means the correct driver is not getting installed properly .
