That is a very narrow set of parameters. You will have to tell more than that, such as
1. Usage - what do you plan to run on the server? This will define your CPU, RAM and other stuff.... Also how many users?
2. Form factor - do you want a tower or rack server?
3. Branded or assembled? If you are scratching your head - yes, assembled, or as they are called, white boxes are also very much in the market.
4. Backups? Yes or no?
