I am looking to run multi-monitor (3-4 no.) on EACH System.

Build #1
Go for better board. Around that budget there are two options Asrock B450 Pro4 and B450 Fata1aty Gaming4.
Memory sticks seems little pricey, check other places as well. You can find cheaper options, probably the same model or from other brand with the same specifications.
GTX 1660 is a better option for about the same price or even cheaper.
Go for better SSD than WD Green. Crucial MX500 is a better option.
Avoid VS series and why the need of 650w? Are you gonna go crazy with overclocking. Anyway, depends on your budget you can either go for Corsair CX series or Seasonic S12 II or M12 II.

It's gonna overshoot your budget a bit.

Build#2
DS3H doesn't fit in your criteria. Again the same options as the first build. There are no other boards which fits your criteria of connecting 3 monitors I would suggest unless you want some brand specific models.

Visit near by Shop for Quotation (ask them to provide GST Invoice for each & every part you will buy) , you may save more compare to Online.

Also, with online purchase, very little or nil help from seller but offline, GOOD seller can be very very helpful if any issue with h/w

Picking up parts for R5 3400G system.
Could not find reccomended Asrock Pro/K4 mobo offline/online.
Kindly suggest any other B450 mobo.
Requirements:
Should run 3 monitors simultaneously.
Should support NVME (Crucial P1).
Dual channel DDR4.

Earlier this week B450M Pro4 F was available in itdepot. Check if it's still available.

There are roughly a dozen models which support 3 display out. If we rule out the boards which has no VRM heatsink and/or with only two dimm slots, you have roughly handful of models. And most of them are not available. Grab it before it goes out of stock.
