To me it looks like you need a low performance HTPC type of rig. If so, here are the components that I suggest:

1) AMD Ryzen 2200G - 4c/4t with Vega graphics. ~8500
2) Cheapest A320 motherboard that you can find (since you dont want to overclock) ~ 5000
3) RAM - 2x4GB cheapest you can find. ~ 7000
4) If you have a case, you can possibly use that. If not, then CM K series ~ 3000
5) I would advise against using that crap PSU that you have. If you agree, then Seasonic S12II450 - ~4000

Total - 28000

Also, wherever you buy it from, ask the shopkeeper to update the BIOS of the motherboard if the CPU is not supported OOTB. This rig will net you Medium settings in most games and high in some at 720p.

And, what exactly are you planning on upgrading in 6 months?

Edit: Ryzen 5 2200g is around INR 8500 and not 6000 like I mentioned before. Sorry for the misunderstanding here.

Where do you get 2200g for 6000 ?

If you are going to get a discrete graphics card, then I would suggest getting a Ryzen 3 1300 for around 6300. Similar CPU power as 2200g/2400g, but no iGPU. Going this route will blow your budget as graphics card prices are wonky right now. If you decide to go this way, then first find out the prices of this rig and then tell us how much amount you can spare for graphics card. Then, we can zero down on the gfx card together.

https://www.amazon.in/AMD-Desktop-P...TF8&qid=1528725319&sr=8-1&keywords=ryzen+1300

For reference, here are the graphics card prices to the best of my knowledge as of today: Please verify with your own source.

GT1030 - 8000. Ideal price - ~5000
GTX 1050 - ~13000. Ideal price ~8000
GTX 1050ti - ~18000. Ideal price ~11000
GTX 1060 3GB mini - ~24000. Ideal price ~17000
GTX 1060 6GB mini -~30000. Ideal price ~20000

Ideal prices are prices that used to be before the cryptocurrency lunacy. I myself bought a 1060 6GB mini for 23000 in Sep 2017. Now its hovering around 28000-30000, which is crazy. That is why people here rightly suggest you to buy a second hand card. If I were you, I would go for a Ryzen 2200g for the needs that you have and save a hell lot of money right now.

Anything above may get bottlenecked by this CPU.

BTW similar Intel build (~Ryzen 3 1200/1300) would be around i3 8100. You can find out its prices also, just to have a perspective.

5) I would advise against using that crap PSU that you have. If you agree, then Seasonic S12II450 - ~4000
His old PSU will be fine. No stress inducing components. Saves unnecessary expenses. The components you suggested should be good enough for his requirements.
