Now I have a problem about S8050 triode drive 12v relay.
I used j3y SMD triode,why SRA - 12 VDC - CL relay cannot drive the relay.When I used the multimeter to account IO high electricity at ordinary times,"be" voltage was 0.6 V,"ce" voltage was 11.9 V.When IO was in low level,"be"voltage was 0.0 V,"ce"voltage was 13 V.
So what's the reason for that?
First of all,I would exclude the error of the pin order.And I've looked at it from the looking of the word,the single pin was up with "b" on the downside left and "e"on the upside right as well as "c" on the top.Was the temperature too high for the pipe to burn? I have tried with five or six tubes which the result was the same,so it can not be burnt.The relay was not bad under alone test.The three black lines on the diagram are drawn from the triode solder to facilitate the measuring of current.But the multimeter current was burnt out,and it can't work.
