i think while posting any HDD for sale, there should be a mandatory pic of health tab from HDtune as this will give us the idea of errors like SMART error. There is nothing mentioned in the guidelines but i feel it is important for the buyers to check the health of the HDD

yes that's only 100 more of I specified but locally it sells 5500. well why would one buy 1 year Old for 4800 rather than shelling out 800 extra for full 36 years warranty.
