Yes, one question . Why doesn't Seagate give it's customers world wide warranty.

Warranty is segmented by regions and dependent on where you bought your drive. Tell me what the situation is and I will see if I may give you a hand.

There is no situation per se, i have stopped using Seagate due to not so friendly customer service, lack of international warranty , which your competitors offer.
Fyi, i dont have such issues with WD.

Why don't you have a clear indication of which of your drives are PMR and which SMR?
