Hi guys,

I have a Powercolor 9600Pro 128bit AGP card for sale. I had bought the card on 29th Jan 2005. The specifications are like

RV350 Core running at 400Mhz
256MB DDR running at 400Mhz ( this is below the ATi specification for a 9600Pro ).

Reason for selling the card - am getting a BFG 6600GT through my friend abroad. The card is able to run all older generation games at 1024x768 with high quality. Only in newer gen games like NFS:UG you'll have to turn down the resolution to 800x600.

Card comes with original box, cables, driver cds and Hitman contracts game bundle. Am expecting about 6-6.5k for this card (negotiable). Am staying in Bangalore, shipping to other states will have to borne by buyer.

Any clarifications please PM me.

Thanks,
Vignesh.

Forgot this, before anybody asks - I have tried overclocking the card just to see how far it goes. I could get the GPU to 430Mhz and the memory to 440Mhz using ATI Tray Tools. Otherwise it's been running at stock speeds all the time.

Are you sure it is 9600 pro.?????

bcuz the default pro speeds are 400 mhz gpu and 600 mhz ddr memory.

and almost all 9600 pro can be o/ced to 470 mhz (gpu) easily.

(my sapphire 9600 pro does 534 ~ 540 mhz gpu and mem about ~330 mhz i.e. around 650 mhz)

please re-confirm the speeds. or the the "suffix" whether pro or plain 9600.

@deejay - Yes, it is a 9600Pro - regarding the oc capabilities, it could be that this particular card is not that good. delhiboy is right - they have reduced the frequency and increased vram by 128mb.

Its the 9600pro Lite edition from powercolor ! Like delhiboy said, when they up the ram they reduce the memory clocks.
