Sending a package to HK for repair

I'm trying to send a home security camera (Canary.is) to Hongkong for free replacement. The company has even offered me to reimburse the shipping charges. It was one of the devices that burnt in lighting. The issue is I'm unable to find a courier service that accept a package from individual for international shipment. I tried fedex & DHL, both wants me to have a corporate account with them. Speedpost is the most stupidest, said my parcel will get stuck at the shipment and thus they would not accept it.

Has anyone sent something abroad in the past ? kindly guide me how and through which courier ?

thanks,

Try Worldnetexpress or your local courier guy. You can even send stuff via Speedpost. Many people from here have sent RAM etc to Taiwan for replacement via Speedpost.

Speedpost guy refused to accept the shipment saying it would get stuck in Customs, did not try another post office.

Finally sent it using DTDC, they have tie-up with DHL.
