Audio Sennhieser service center...

guys my sennhieser cx-180 is gone... its still in warranty period... i searched on the internet for the service center for sennhieser in bangalore... but cant find any....

can any one help me with this situation.... where can i get my earphones replaced....also do i need the box for it to be replaced....

Got my IE7 replaced as a few tips were missing despite the box being sealed, you probably won't need the box but a bill might be helpful.

you can write to them and they will help you appropriately. I did the same when 6mm to 3.5mm jack was missing in my newly purchased sennheisers hd515. They got back to me very prompt and sent the jack via courier.

sir, you need to ship the same with product packing ,bill copy & problem letter to Sennheiser office in Mumbai or Haryana (as found on website).They will replace the same & will ship you freely via AIR within 5-7 days.

In India these are direct offices for service.or your dealer can process the same for paying him onway courier bill.for any help plz email me.

no need to email first, they have proper office setup, plz send the items as i said earlier together,for any clarifications you can call them over telephone too.They are extremly good support team in India !!!
