Setup VLC on TV to play video files from my Windows 7 PC

TV Connected to router via Wifi
PC connected to router via ethernet cable.
Did a computer reset after 1+ years and forgot how i setup VLC on TV to play videos from my PC.

When i goto tv and click Local Network it shows my computer, but asks to join the computer using following.
Domain;username
Password

My computer name is BedRoom
My Username is MyPC
Password is 111


Can someone help me explain what do i add for domain;username
Forgot and couldnt get right answers soo far.

Wifi, even if there is no internet connection available. you can play movies on your tv,
Source video files are on PC.

Having licesnced windows 7 professional with service pack 1
Used to work flawlessly last year when configured first. :(
 
Raising thread on top again.
Reformatted again, this time it wont connect anyway ..
Tried all the combinations even the one, I tried last year wont work now..
Using Administrator as username
