should i buy from smcinternational website and also how to use cash on delivery there

as the title says i am looking to buy a pSU and the smcinternational webste lists the one i want....is is safe to buy it from there?and how to use the cash on delivery option there as i can see something written about this option in the left side of the main page of smcinternational...and i am based in delhi so i think the option is applicable for me.please help.thanks.

Yes the site is reliable. COD should be in the payment page. If not contact the support and they will help you out.

^^in the payment page,there is no option to choose any method of payment,it just brings me to the confirmation page and automatically selects online bank transfer as the mode of payment.

They will email you the tracking details. Sending them email would be a faster way to know the status of the order.
