Hi guys,
We are able to hear the other side clearly. But the other side reports that our side's voice is breaking up every so often. Like once in 5 seconds.
We purchased a mic, but the problem persists. Before we were using the mic in the web cam.
The speakers give a buzzing noise when the mic is active. When we switch off the mic the sound dissappears.
Please help us with your suggestions.
If the problem is not rectified, we'll have no choice but to call a service engineer to our house.
