SOS: A simple VB.NET Program needed !

Hey

I'm sorry for doing this but i have a submission of VB.NET and any kind of simple aaplication is needed for it and i just dont have the time coz i need to study a lot for other papers or else i might get a back !!

So any of you who could help me with this can please provide me any application based on very basic level of VB.NET programming.
The applications shouldnt be complex and look like as if its not much of a big job to do :p

I have very least of idea what it could be like so please suggest and donate some of your valuable coding. Please please please........:ashamed:

I have a program that is prolly made in VB which I stole from Somewhere to show in my final project. :p
