Strange IP Behaviour

I live in Kolkata and use a Wishnet Unlimited Plan from my LCO - http://www.wishnet.in/priceing.html

for the past few days whenever I try to access a few sites, I have to pass the cloudflare security check

The page also says - "If you are on a personal connection, like at home, you can run an anti-virus scan on your device to make sure it is not infected with malware."

Being curious I searched about my ip on https://www.whatismyip.com/, & The follwing result was displayed -

Check The ISP Name
The Ip is also blacklisted in McAfee RBL cidr.bl.mcafee.com
The ip address is different from my wan ip on my router page.
Is my browser hacke or something? Pretty terrified.Please help

Probably due to a lot of infected PCs/routers being used as part of botnets to launch DDoS attacks against websites and your IP range is affected.

Could also be your PC and/or your router is infected.

Be afraid. Be very afraid.... mwwaaahahahahaha!
 
your IP address has a history of spamming.
that's why you will have to face a lot of problems accessing some websites.
There should not be any malware problem in your computer.
still, everyone should be using antivirus.
 
It may not be just you. It could be your neighbors. ISPs often block whole subnets if they start getting spam. Chances are the service provider is providing bandwidth to shady bulk-mailer or PCs in the subnet are part of some botnet.

Then why is the ISP Name different?
I scanned with Malwarebytes a few times....anything else I should Do?
