Budget 90k+ Suggest a PC for Rendering

Hi All,


I need a PC for Rendering to be used by softwares such as 3ds max and keyshot. Someone please suggest a PC for the same. Do I need a server configuration for the same ?

If your need is to run it 24x7 - only then go in for a server config (cost will go up)

I am having an intel i7 6700 with nvidia gtx 970 and 16 gb ram..... But the system is slow in rendering .... so need a xeon processor with more cores ... We need to reduce the rendering time ....

Most of the above components are simply overpriced. Some of them don't have service centres in all Major Indian cities.

So it's better to go with components that have warranty in India and better local prices.

For rendering you should be good with an i7 6800K too priced similarly & look for others reviews on Quadro P5000. As far as my experience goes in rendering I had once tried a free 3D rendering s/w with a dual core cpu. It was saying around 15-16 hrs to create a 30 sec-1min logo/animation. Also video editing & compression took a lot of time on that.
