Camera Suggest me a good point and shoot camera under 10K

Hi ,
My first digital cam was a Canon a510 which was an excellent camera, then i bought a canon Powershot 1200 which was the worst camera i owned, my mobile shot better pix than that and it broke within a year. Really the build quality and performance was bad , since last year I am using my mobile for casual shots , although its very convenient and its always with me I feel I need a real cam and i don't want to carry my dslr to family functions , i am thinking of buying a point and shoot cam, could you suggest a good one which comes under 10K and gives good image quality indoors .
am looking for
good image quality
compactness, easy to carry , may some thing pockatable
having manual functions and raw is a plus (not a must )

If very good Image Quality and better lens is what you are after, I'll suggest the Fujifilm XF1. It comes with a much larger sensor than the typical P&S crowd and the lens is also better and a good bit faster at wide end. The lens only covers wide to short telephoto (25mm-100mm equiv.) but comes with RAW and manual control options which you want. Available at 11-12.5k depending on sources -

Well the RX100 is the next step from XF1 in term of image quality (larger sensor and better lens) for P&S. So if you can afford it, go for it :)

Sony HX50V the 2013 model is now available in Croma for 14-15k if you can bargain. It is still one of the best compact super zooms (30x optical) in the market. I have one and it is super kick ass!
