A: Required a 5MP+ camera. Flash.

Since you aren't used to apps and stuff you can consider a Lumia E720. Best camera under 20k and good build quality. However no of quality unpaid apps and games are very very very low compared to what you get on Android.

The advantage is a very smooth hassle free OS experience.

I dont agree with you here.. if OP isn't used to apps and stuff doesn't mean he should not consider them while getting his new phone.. if apps are nt important for OP then u are absolutely right in suggesting the 720 but otherwise I wouldn't suggest it as apps are a major factor when buying a new phone nowadays..
