Video Suggestion: CCTV Setup

Dear Friends,

I need help and equipment suggestion to install a CCTV Camera setup.

Reason:
To protect my old parents when I am at office or out of town for office trip.


Placements:
We have two flats, 1st-floor and 4th-floor (top-floor).

In the 1st-floor, I want to install 2 cameras, at the entrance and in the long open varanda.
In the 4th-floor, I want to install 1 camera, at the entrance.


Also, in future, I will install one more camera (4th) on top my my car's parking place.


So, in short, I need a 4 camera setup, but use 3 camera for now.


Equipments:

I want all the cameras will be controlled by a single unit, that will be connected with a LED TV in my father's room.

Please suggest which brand of products to buy, I have damm no idea.
Every vendor tries to cheat.

I want the video to be crystal clear in day time.
Night vision is also needed.


One issue:

The wire between 1st-floor and the 4-th floor might cost too much. Isn't it?
I saw some YouTube video that uses the Ethernet cable for the CCTV.


Please suggest. Which brand / model to buy? Expected budget? etc.
 
Wire is how these companies earn the money. Why don't you look at wireless cameras. I will be doing my research shortly as I will be needing 5-6 cameras myself. I would usually look for info on specific forums or Amazon reviews.
