For Cabby and PSU you can consider

CM Elite 310 - 1.6k

Gigabyte Superb 460w - 2.2k (2yrs warranty, efficiency 75-80%, not 80+ certified)

Best bet in your budget.

If you are looking for a better PSU then,

Zebby Bijili without PSU 1.1-1.2k

Seasonic S12II 380w-3k(5 yrs warranty, 80+ certified)/ Corsair CX400(3 yrs warranty, 80+ certified) - 2.8-3k

Other prices seems more or less ok.

The CX400 - 2.8 is the cheapest 80+ certified 400w PSU you can get. But then again it may cost higher at your place.

TheITWares -CORSAIR CMPSU-400CX 400W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified SMPS

FSP Blue Storm Pro 350W Power Supply - Rs.2,150.00

This is the cheapest 80+ certified PSU i can find.

FSP Blue Storm Pro 350W

NZXT Gamma cabby is good. Search TE. There is a thread on this.

FSP is much better than VIP as FSP is a major PSU OEM maker. If you need a cheap 80+ PSU then go for the FSP Blue Storm Pro

if you are ready to spend 3k, Tagan TG500-U37 is the best option for PSU.
Is it really worth to buy such psu when i am not going to buy any graphics cards ? But yes i will overclock built-in gpu

Dont go for the Tagan. It doenst have any proper reviews.
Best option in your budget is,
Corsair - 2.8k from Itwares (3k shipped) --> 80+, 3 yrs warranty, 30AMPs on 12V, single rail.(Good for OC with your specs)
