PC Peripherals Suggestion for SMPS

Need few suggestions for a new power supply as my Ante HCG900 is not working. I will be going to delhi next month, so I can buy from there. will a 650 watt or 700 watt be enough. Budget is about 7000(Flexible).
Here are the specs--
I7 3770k stock
GTX 680 x2
4 hdd
2 ssd
Noctua NHD14
Bluray drive

These are few good dealers. They give competitive prices and good services.
SMC I know they sell Antec products.

Cost to Cost - Overall good but dunno if they keep antec psus.
