Budget 21-30k Suggestions needed for laptop.

Hi I am buying a laptop for dad with following specifications.

  • What's your Budget? Should not exceed 25k
  • What will be your primary usage for the notebook be? Casual Web Surfing and Document Reading.
  • What size and weight considerations do you have? 15 inch Screen size is max.
  • Any brand that you prefer, or any brand that you detest? No such preference.
  • Any other considerations? No need of an ultra book. but should be a little lightweight.
