my experience with tata indicom had been mixed......
my quick power 360 plan gonna get over by feb 14th and i want to activate the same plan with night time unlimited....
when asked several times i got mixed responses.....
1. the plan is not available with Night Unlimited due to some technical problem
2. the plan is available only for existing customer with active accounts
3. the plan will not be given anymore to existing and new customers....
please clarify... i have asked this wuestion before and got positive response that the plan is active, but the CC is reverting back with diff answers everytime i call.... (6 times as of now)....
what should i do... dont wanna pay 3.5 grand and get stuc with a plan which has not unlimited option..... my area is bhandup mumbai and the service is good with few downtimes.....
