I think so its compatible but check it once.Hi guys,
I have a thermalrightHR-02 as a cooler on my old PC which is of socket LGA1155. I am thinking of changing the setup to the newer 8th Gen. I wanted to know if the cooler is compatible with the newer sockets? Or do we need some new brackets for the same?
Well, that didn't open up for me, and the google result I got was for the archive site, which did not have any mention of the latest compatibility. Why not refer to its product page?

I am just asking, cause anyone having the first-hand experience would have a better opinion. I already have an HR-02 so just wanted to see if I have to get a new cooler as well if I plan to upgrade anytime soon.[DOUBLEPOST=1523221388][/DOUBLEPOST]I got my answerI think so its compatible but check it once.
If not then go with Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED Red @ 2.8k
