Storage Solutions Toshiba HDD RMA Procedure?

So yesterday i got a call asking me to pick up the hard drive.
Even though the SC guys didn't find anything because even i noticed such thing before handing over to them. Absolutely clean and no issue.


When i started installing OS and started moving files observed its making noises again, The Temps were going high and after 1 hour SMART shows Replace and backup. Took all screenshots and sent to rptech email support.

Got a call from local SC to submit the hard drive again & they'll inspect it again. Customer support (Response wise) is decent only. We've done Sand disk RMA earlier. Was satisfied then.
