I got this a while back, but wasnt using it daily as I did not have the case for it.
Got the case today. (I know I know, colour of case.......... But I didnt wanted anything black and there was no other option. Functionality > looks :p ).

Also got the dock, but its not here yet. I am not sure I will be using dock, so thinking of putting it on ebay right now when its still in US.

No it does not.

I got scratch guard with the transformer itself, but I am not going to use it. With this case, the screen stays covered when in bag or moving about. Not to mention getting the big scratch guard on this thing properly is nightmare.
 
Battery life is good. I went entire last couple of days without recharging (I manually turn wifi on and off when needed.) .

720P MKV movies play easily, smooth and stutter free.
