University education in the U.S.

Anyone here studying or who studied in the U.S.? How is the education system there like? In terms of Post-graduate University level?
 
I presume the MS mean Master Studies. What is the difference between the two groups? Same purpose but just different groups?
 
M.S. there is like M.Sc. here

Kinda like here itself, some places have B.E. and others call it B.Tech.
